Customer Happiness Consultant - Tas-heel Center

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Happiness Consultant. As a Customer Happiness Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer support. This includes contacting and counseling clients, as well as maintaining effective communication to address customer needs and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Contact, and Client Counseling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Support experience
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Proactive and empathetic approach toward customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is desired
