Legal Assistant - Al Adheed

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Legal Assistant to join our team at Al-Adheed. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree and have a strong command of Arabic and English, with proficiency in Urdu being a preferred asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Support senior lawyers in case management and court proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English; knowledge of Urdu is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
